I would guess your rifle was made "around"as the AIII stamping was started in from what data is available.

It is only possible to give an approximation of production dates with any Sako we don't have factory records on, like yours. Would like to know as much about this rifle as possible as well as its approximate value. I will attach a few photos on this rifle and the serial number is if that would assist in aging this piece. Not knowing that, I would expect very good to excellent overall, with no worse than light scattered hunting marks and very little bluing loss.
